Legal Authority: How I made contact, found this person and why they are a good choice.  I found a entertainment lawyer I knew from elementary school named Samuel Rogoway. Many consumers are in the habit of violating the law by downloading copyrighted material—music, movies and books—for free.

Smauelson )  He almost quoted the exact same thing about, The entertainment world used to turn a blind eye, but illegal downloading is threatening the viability of recording companies, movie studios, and publishers.

The statistics are compelling: in 2008, 40 billion songs were downloaded illegally, which is as much as 95 percent of all downloaded music!.  (Jeffery F. Beatty; Susan S. Smauelson )
